Bear Creek Country Club has four tennis courts snugly nestled among the redwoods in Boulder Creek and for the first time they are being opened up to everybody. Australian Football We are a team based in San Jose that practises most Wednesday nights and some Saturday mornings. All ages and Genders are welcome. We have a team that plays in the Golden Gate Australian Football League and will be starting a co-ed touch version of the game this summer. It's hard to find a consistent, good game of hoops in the Bay, especially if you work for a startup or small company and can't join a corporate league. Let's get together for some good runs with fellow hoopers in tech. Depending on interest, we'll figure out a format that works best-- either renting out a gym every few weeks for a regular game, getting a team together for a league, or setting up a league of our own. Join other hiking enthusiasts in an intense, but short workout. We hike Mission Peak on Sundays at 10 a.m. Mission Peak is a peak east of Fremont, California with an elevation of 2,517 ft (767m). We meet at the Stanford Avenue entrance by the picnic table. This is a strenuous hike with a constant uphill climb until you reach the summit. We do not take breaks until we reach the summit. A 21+ co-ed, social sports league. WAKA Kickball is a great way to get out, have some fun, meet new people, etc. You can sign up individually or with a group. Teams range from 18-26 people, requiring at least four members of each gender at all times. The Sunnyvale league plays Thursday nights at Fair Oaks Park, at 7pm and 8pm (start times alternate). This group is for people who use the Sunnyvale Community Center at 550 E. Remington Drive, and would like to meet others for activities here. The Community Center has a wide variety of classes, performances at Sunnyvale Theatre, activities at the Senior Center and events of all kinds.

This is a group for fit hikers. While the trails aren't dangerous, they are usually very steep. Trail shoes of some sort will make your hike easier, though hiking boots aren't typically needed. Ideally our hikes will be 1 1/2 - 3 hours long, including significant elevation gain. Ideally at least 1500'+, and be 5-11 miles long. This is a meetup group to play tennis and facilitate members to meet with other players. We will organize social tennis meetups regularly. All levels welcome At least for part of the meet up, we will do our best to allow players with similar skills to play together. We encourage you to mention your level when you join the group so other players of your level can find you easily.

We organize fun and adventurous outings for dogs and their owners in the San Francisco Bay Area. Currently most of our hikes are in the South Bay Area. We occasionally offer walks in the afternoon and/or evenings and training sessions with a dog trainer. Our sponsors are businesses that offer their free time to organize hikes, walks and other fun outings for you and your dog. We are solely run by volunteers.
